Details lacking, however, Mavromoustakis (1930) notes that the species is common at Apiaceae (as Umbelliferae) on Rhodos and lists (Mavromoustakis, 1948; 1952) Ammi majus, Foeniculum piperitum, Eryngium creticum and Ferula communis anatriches (Apiaceae) as forage sources in Cyprus.
Scheuchl (in prep.) lists plants in the families Brassicaceae and Apiaceae as providing forage.
