Scheuchl (in prep.) states that the species is univoltine in the northern parts of its range and bivoltine further south. The species is on the wing from March to August, and from April to July in Cyprus (Mavromoustakis, 1952). Standfuss et al. (2011) also report flight activity from April to July in Thessaly (Greece).
