Polylectic. Rasmont (1995) lists the following plant species as forage plants: Fumaria (Fumariaceae); Viola (Violaceae); Jasminum fruticans (Oleaceae); Echium sp. (Boraginaceae); Rosmarinus officinalis, Lavandula sp. (Lamiaceae).
Rasmont additionally notes that the species shows a marked preference for Rosmarinus, even when there is a broad range of other forage available. Rasmont & Dehon (2015) list the families Boraginaceae, Fabaceae, Lamiaceae and Liliaceae (C. O'Toole pers. comm. 2004).
Maghni et al (2017) list the following forage sources in Algeria: Sinapis arvensis, Raphanus raphanistrum, Raphanus sativus (Brassicaceae); Rosmarinus officinalis (Lamiaceae); Globularia sp., Centaurea solstitialis, Urospermum dalechampii (Asteraceae); Reseda alba (Resedaceae); Fumaria capreolata (Fumariaceae)
