Lasioglossum (Hemihalictus) angusticeps (Perkins, 1895)

A univoltine species with an extended flight period. Females, believed to be this species, have been found from late May to August, males from the end of July to late September.

Label data from a few Spanish specimens show that males are active in (at least) June and July (Ortiz-Sanchez & Pauly, 2017)

Parasites A few males collected at two sites in Dorset (England) have been stylopised (G.R. Else. & S.P.M.Roberts, pers obs.). These appear to be the only stylopised specimens known, the strepsipteran perhaps being the same unidentified Halictoxenos species which very occasionally parasitizes the closely related Lasioglossum punctatissimum.
