Halictus (Seladonia) tumulorum (Linnaeus, 1758)

Univoltine, with an extended flight period. Females fly from mid or late April to mid October; males from late June or early July to mid September.

Parasites and predators: Sphecodes ephippius and S. geoffrellus may be cleptoparasites of this species (Bischoff, 1927 and Stelfox, 1927 respectively). Specimens are very occasionally stylopized by Halictoxenos tumulorum (R.C.L. Perkins, 1918).
