Univoltine, but with an extended flight period. The species is active from May to August, and earlier in more southerly parts of its range.
Label data from Spanish material Ortiz-Sanchez & Pauly (2017) show females are active from April to August, and the males from June.
Label data from Corsican and Sardinian material shows females to be active from April to September and males in June and July (Pauly & Belval, 2017)
