A univoltine species, flying from the end of April and May to the end of June.(Dylewska, 1987).
Parasites: The bee Nomada braunsianais a cleptoparasite of this species (Stöckhert, 1933; Dylewska, 1987; Westrich, 1989; Amiet, 2010). Amiet (2010) also suggests that Nomada striata may be a cleptoparastite.
