A univoltine species, flying from mid-May to the end of June or early July (Dylewska, 1987; Westrich, 1989)
Parasites and predators: Host of the cleptoparasitic bee species Nomada braunsiana and possibly N. succincta (Westrich, 1989). Dylewska (1987) cites N. fulvicornis as a possible cleptoparasite.
