Ceratina (Euceratina) acuta FRIESE, 1896

A univoltine but long lived species. Both sexes emerge from hibernation in April, increasing in abundance until late August. Numbers drop rapidly in September, but specimens may still be found until November. As in most Ceratina species, the males are more abundant than the females in Spring. (Terzo, 2000)
