As the species has a lengthy flight period, it is probably bivoltine, flying from the end of February to mid-June in 2 generations (Scheuchl, im prep.).
Warncke (1974) gives the flight period in Cyprus from the end of February to late March, and in Turkey from the end of March to mid-June
