Hylaeus (Dentigera) brevicornis NYLANDER, 1852

A bivoltine species in parts of its range: In France, it is reported to have two or three generations each year (Janvier, 1972a).

In Britain presumed to be univoltine: Late May to mid September.

In south western Germany it is partially bivoltine, flying from early June until the beginning of September (Westrich, 1989).

In the Alps and Pyrenees it can be found up to an altitude of 1900m (Dathe, 1980)
