Lasioglossum (Lasioglossum) prasinum (Smith, 1848)

Excavator: Ground. Females nest in compact aggregations in exposed patches of firm sand; on heathland, nest sites are frequently located on paths.

This is considered to be a solitary species (Westrich, 1989).
