Andrena (Micrandrena) semilaevis PÉREZ, 1903

Excavator: Ground. For so common a bee, it is remarkable that nothing seems to be known about its nesting habits in the British Isles, although Stelfox (1927) states that it "nests in dry sunny slopes or banks".

In Europe, Kocourek (1966) reports it as nesting solitarily in loamy soil.(Dardón Peralta, 2010; Tomozei & Radchenko, 2015).
