Pseudoanthidium (Pseudoanthidium) scapulare (Latreille, 1809)

Renter: Existing cavities: nests in hollow stems. The cell partitions are made of cottony plant hair. Plants utilised include Rubus (Rosaceae); Cirsium, Onopordum (Asteraceae); Verbascum (Scrophulariaceae); Sambucus (Caprifoliaceae); Phragmites (Gramineae) and various Apiaceae. It is also reported to use the vacated galls of the Cynipid wasp Andricus kollari (Stanisavljević, 2000)
