Megachile (Anodonteutricharaea) thevestensis Ferton, 1908

Renter: Existing cavities. Ferton (1920) reported that the cells were placed individually or in groups of two in existing cavities between rocks or in burrows in the soil; it was unclear whether the female had dug the burrow or used a preexisting burrow. All cells investigated consisted of an external, rigid layer of leaf fragments (not circularly cut as in most other
group 1 subgenera) and a layer of petals inside.
