Renter: Snail shells. The only nest recorded so far contained a single brood cell and was hidden below stones. The nest architectecture was found to be similar to Osmia spinulosa (Müller, 2012; 2018).
Nesting material: Cell partitions and nest plug are made leaf mastic (e.g. from Scabiosa). The shell surface is not plastered with patches of leaf pulp. (A. Müller, unpublished; 2018).
