Megachile (Eutricharaea) marginata SMITH, 1878

Renter: Existing cavities. Praz (2017) reports that Megachile marginata nests primarily under stones or in existing cavities in the ground and uses leaf discs to build its brood cells, the outer nest plug of consists of a series of leaf discs covered by a layer of mud, possibly mixed with “saliva” (Ferton 1914).
