Nomada fabriciana (Linnaeus, 1767)

Cleptoparasitic: Hosts; Probably a cleptoparasite of several Andrena species. These appear to be A. bicolor (R.C.L.Perkins, 1919g, 1923, 1924; Hallett, 1928, 1956; Spooner, 1931; Butterfield & Fordham, 1932; Yarrow, 1941b; Chambers, 1949), A. nigroaenea (R.C.L. Perkins, 1919g, 1923; Spooner, 1931; Butterfield & Fordham, 1932; Richards, 1979), A. angustior (R.C.L. Perkins, 1919g, 1923; Butterfield & Fordham, 1932; Richards, 1979), A. flavipes (Chambers, 1949), A. varians (Chambers, 1949) and A. chrysosceles (Yarrow, 1941b). Other hosts may include Halictus rubicundus (V.R. Perkins in Witchell & Strugnell, 1892) and Panurgus banksianus (F. Smith, 1876). Specimens of the Nomada vary in size, probably according to the host they develop on, the largest individuals perhaps having developed in A. nigroaenea cells.

Smit (2018) citing (Schwarz, pers. comm.; Scheuchl & Willner, 2016) additionlally lists Andrena allosa and Andrena fulvata as possible hosts
