Eucera (Tetralonia) malvae (Rossi, 1790)

Excavator: Ground. The species nests in small aggregations of up to 100 nests. The nests has a single burrow, with a blind ending, 13-18cm deep. From this tunnel, 3-4 curved lateral burrows are constructed off which the brood cells are constructed (Westrich (1989) citing various authors)
