Cleptoparasitic: Hosts; Westrich believes that this rare species is cleptoparasitic on a range of late-flying Colletes, including possibly Colletes hederae, C. halophilus and C. collaris (P. Westrich pers. comm.).
Ornosa & Ortiz-Sanchez (2004) list Colletes succinctus as a probable host.
