Cleptoparasitic: Hosts; A cleptoparasite of Lasioglossum fulvicorne (R.C.L. Perkins, 1923, 1924; Hallett, 1928; Spooner, 1931) and L. fratellum (R.C.L. Perkins, 1923,1924, 1945; Butterfield & Fordham, 1932; Spooner, 1946). Thus, on downland in southern England it associates with L. fulvicorne, whereas on moorland and some other sites, particularly in northern and western Britain, it is probably cleptoparasitic on L. fratellum.
Celary (1991) lists the following species as possible hosts: Lasioglossum fulvicorne, L. fratellum and L. quadrinotatulum.
