Oligolectic on Asteraceae with a clear preference for Asteroideae (Sedivy et al., 2008).
Mavromoustakis (1951; 1953) lists Anthemis libanotica and Bellis perennis (Asteraceae) as forage sources in Cyprus. Recorded as a visitor to Almond (Amygdalus communis) and Cherry (Prunus avium) (Rosaceae) orchards in Jordan.
