Eucera (Eucera) velutina (Morawitz, 1873)

Polylectic. However, Mavromoustakis (1948; 1957) reports visitation to Anthemis arvensis, Achillea santolina, Centaurea hyalolepis (Asteraceae); Papaver rhoeas (Papaveraceae); Limonium (=Statice) sinuata (Plumbaginaceae); Geranium tuberosum (Geraniaceae) in Cyprus

The females of Eucera velutina collect pollen from Stachys spp. (Lamiaceae) and Malus spp. (Rosaceae) (V. Radchenko pers. comm. 2013).

In Rissia, it is found foraging on Salvia tescuicola (Lamiaceae) and Caragana frutex (Fabaceae)(Pesenko 1974).
