Hoplitis (Hoplitis) pallicornis (FRIESE, 1895)

Probably polylectic. Known forage plants are Salvia (Lamiaceae), and Onosma (Boraginaceae) (Gogala, 1999).

Polylectic with a preference for Boraginaceae (especially Echium) and Fabaceae; other pollen sources include Campanulaceae, Lamiaceae and monocots (A. Müller, unpublished, based on 46 pollen samples from 33 different localities).
