Oligolectic on Brassicaceae. In France and Spain, males will collect nectar at Diplotaxis erucoides (Brassicaceae) (Romero, 2018, in litt.).
Vereecken, Risch & Cortis (2007) report that Ophrys tenthredinifera (Orchidaceae) is pollinated by patrolling males of Eucera (Eucera) nigrilabris which pseudocopulate with the labellum of the flower.
