Probably polylectic: The first generation visits flowers of Salix (Salicaceae); Brassica rapa, Alliaria petiolata (Brassicaceae); Euphorbia sp. (Euphorbiaceae); Taraxacum officinale (Asteraceae); Veronica chamaedrys (Plantaginaceae). The summer brood visits Fragaria vesca, Potentilla verna (Rosaceae) and Ranunculus sp. (Ranunculaceae)(Dylewska, 1987; Dardón Peralta, 2010).
N.J. Vereecken (in litt.) has observed the females collecting pollen on Daucus carota (Apiaceae). The species has also been recorded on Buxus sempervirens (Buxaceae)(unpublished data, E. Scheuchl pers. comm. 2014).
