In France, Le Goff (1995) observed the species at Lavandula latifolia (Lamiaceae).
In Cyprus, Mavromoustakis (1948; 1951) observed it on flowers of Rubus ulmifolius anatolicus (Rosaceae) and Limonium (=Statice) elatine (Plumbaginaceae).
In Algeria, Saunders (1908) lists Centaurea seridis (Asteraceae).
