In Germany, pollen records from Convolvulaceae, Dipsacaceae and Asteraceae (Westrich, 1989).
Flowers visited: Heracleum, Daucus (Asteraceae); Cirsium vulgare, Hypochoeris and Crepis (Asteraceae)(Richards, 1979).
Ebmer (1969) lists the following plants as forage species: Centaurea cyanus, Onopordon (Asteraceae); Vicia (Fabaceae).
Ortiz-Sanchez & Pauly (2017) report visitation to Hedera helix (Araliaceae) in Andalucia (Spain).
