Details of lectic status are unknown, but probably polylectic. Pauly et al (2015) list the following plants as forage sources in the Greek islands: Glebionis coronaria, Dittrichia viscosa, Centaurea spinosa (Asteraceae), Daucus carota, Eryngium campestre, Opopanax hispidus (Apiaceae) and Thymbra capitata, Mentha sp., (Lamiaceae); Capparis spinosa (Capparaceae); Vitex agnus-castus (Verbenaceae).
