Polylectic: Pollen sources in the British Isles unknown, but considered to be polylectic.

Probably polylectic in Germany, visiting Aegopodium podgraria, Daucus carota (Apiaceae); Cirsium vulgare, Achillea millefolium, Tanacetum parthenium (Asteraceae); Sinapis arvensis, Sisymbrium sophia (Brassicaceae); Jasione montana (Campanulaceae); Sedum reflexum, Sedum acre (Crassulaceae); Reseda lutea (Resedaceae) and Rubus fruticosus, Rubus idaeus, Potentilla anserina (Rosaceae) (Westrich, 1989).

In Spain, it is reported to visit plants in the families: Fabaceae, Apiaceae and Lamiaceae. (Ornosa & Ortiz-Sánchez, 2004)
