Oligolectic on Fabaceae, an important pollen source is Lotus (based on Rozen et al. (2010) and on 3 additional pollen samples from the same locality (A. Müller, unpublished)). The males were observed to patrol Lotus flowers in search of females (A. Müller, personal observation).
