Osmia (Osmia) kohlii Ducke, 1899

Polylectic. Pollen sources include plants belonging to 11 different families; flowers containing no or very little nectar, such as Papaver (Papaveraceae), Ranunculus (Ranunculaceae) or Cistaceae, are important pollen hosts and Echium (Boraginaceae); Brassicaceae, Quercus (Fagaceae); Lamiaceae; Juglans (Juglandaceae); Apiaceae; Rosaceae are also used (Haider et al., 2013).

A male was seen in Malta (Roberts & Vereecken, pers. obs. 2018) at flowers of Gelbionis coronarium (Asteraceae), and another at Asphodelus sp. (Asphodelaceae)
