Unknown. All pollen samples available so far consist of pollen of Lamiaceae (A. Müller, unpublished, based on 3 pollen samples from the same locality). The females are equipped with a specialized pilosity on clypeus and frons composed of curved bristles, which are most probably used to comb pollen from the nototribic anthers of Lamiaceae and possibly Plantaginaceae (Antirrhineae) as well (A. Müller, unpublished).
