Probably polylectic: Visits mainly Apiaceae.

Westrich (1989) lists Daucus carota, Angelica sylvestris, Eryngium campestre (Apiaceae); Achillea millefolium and Solidago gigantea (Asteraceae).

In Spain, it will visit plants in the following families: Brassicaceae, Euphorbiaceae, Apiaceae, Lamiaceae and Asteraceae. (Ornosa & Ortiz-Sánchez, 2004).

Celary & Wisniowski (2003) list the following forage species: Aegopodium podagraria, Daucus carota, Eryngium campestre (Apiaceae); Berteroa incana, Brassica elongata, Cardaria draba (Brassicaceae); Euphorbia (Euphorbiaceae).

Mavromoustakis (1948) lists the following forage species in Cyprus: Foeniculum piperitum, Ammi sp. (Apiaceae).
